• Identify and support recruitment of influencers for World Environment Day and related campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
• Produce multimedia content in support of UNEP campaigns.
• Develop partnerships to strengthen UNEP campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to amplify UNEP’s science and content across platforms.

• Excellent knowledge of social media and strategic communication.
• Strong understanding of media landscape and pitching strategies.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills; ability to multitask in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams desirable.
• Proven ability to generate innovative solutions desirable.

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communication, social sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in communications‑related activities.
• Fluency in written and spoken English required.
• Knowledge of another official UN language desirable.
