KEDA Kenya Ceramics is seeking an experienced Overseas BM PMO Manager to oversee the launch and promotion of tiles and sanitary products in overseas markets. The role focuses on managing the entire product lifecycle from production to market release, driving brand visibility, analyzing market performance, and ensuring the success of new product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute new product launches for tiles and sanitary ware, including product checks, Excel documentation, product briefs, positioning, SKU finalization, and coordination with production teams.
  • Follow up on overseas product launches, ensuring correct visual evidence of in-store and showroom displays.
  • Manage digital follow-ups for overseas products, including website and app uploads, relaunch processes, product descriptions, and highlighting unique selling points.
  • Analyze export market sales and new product movement to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee CRM product data management, ensuring accurate uploads and validation of product information.
  • Conduct post-launch market feedback reporting and evaluate the success of product releases.
  • Review app and website analytics to assess digital engagement and inform future marketing strategies.
  • Develop annual and monthly plans based on budget estimates and manage the team to achieve market targets, including advertising, product demos, and store setups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across departments to ensure smooth execution of overseas projects.
  • Manage a team of 5 or more individuals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in product launch, promotion, and market project management, preferably in building materials or related industries.
  • Prior experience in brand promotion, marketing events, product launch activities, and team operations.
  • Strong skills in market analysis, research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies.
  • Proficient in budget management, data analysis, and project planning.
  • Exceptional cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to guide and develop subordinates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to fast-paced environments.
