Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with the CBC curriculum.

Develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and learner-centered activities.

Assess learners continuously using CBC assessment tools and maintain accurate records.

Support learners’ holistic development including talents, values, and life skills.

Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Communicate effectively with parents/guardians on learner progress.

Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and co-curricular programs.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Primary Education (P1) from a recognized institution.

TSC registration (mandatory).

At least 1 year and above teaching experience.

Sound understanding and experience in implementing CBC.

Ability to apply learner-centered teaching approaches.

Strong classroom management and assessment skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to learners’ development.
