Key responsibilities:

• Oversee quality control, grading and inspection across the packhouse floor
• Ensure compliance with GlobalG.A.P., HACCP and export market standards
• Lead internal audits and prepare the site for certification audits
• Investigate and resolve quality non-conformances and customer complaints
• Train and supervise QA/QC staff on standards and procedures

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Food Science, Agriculture or a related field
• Minimum 3 years' QA experience in a packhouse or export horticulture setting
• Working knowledge of GlobalG.A.P., HACCP, BRC or similar standards
• Meticulous record-keeping and strong attention to detail

Location: Solai, Nakuru County, Kenya | Full-time, on-site with travel as needed

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
