As a Partner Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing technical expertise and support to our partners.
• Assisting partners in the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of our solutions.
• Conducting technical training and workshops for partners.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure partner success.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product developments.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience as a Technical Specialist or in a similar technical role.
• Strong understanding of networking, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant technical certifications are a plus.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of relevant technical experience is required.
