JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure highest food preparation standards are maintained
- Develop and create recipes according to available produce
- Ensure consistency in food production
- Be responsible for the operation of assigned kitchen section
- To keep all equipment in good working order
- Ensure that cleanliness and hygiene of the workplace and self are always of the highest standard
- Attend management meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a cook. Preferably in Italian cuisine / Pizzas
- A passion for good food
- At least Diploma in Hotel Catering
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Have excellent English communication skills both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills

Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: associate degree
