  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and manage people in a residential setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and emotionally mature demeanor.
  • Honest, dependable, and willing to reside within or work flexible hours as required.
