Background

PowerVision Consultancy is seeking to hire a Patient Welfare Matron. This role is crucial in ensuring the well-being and comfort of patients within a healthcare setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of patient care and welfare, contributing to a positive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

The Patient Welfare Matron will be expected to:

• Supervise and manage people in a residential setting.

Qualifications and Experience

All candidates must possess:

• A Certificate or Diploma in Nursing, Community Health, Counselling, Psychology, Caregiving, or a related field.
• Experience working in a hospital, rehabilitation centre, residential care facility, children's home, or similar set up.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and manage people in a residential setting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and emotionally mature demeanor.
• Honest, dependable, and willing to reside within or work flexible hours as required.
