- Demonstrated ability to supervise and manage people in a residential setting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and emotionally mature demeanor.
- Honest, dependable, and willing to reside within or work flexible hours as required.
