Key Requirements
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, IT, or a related field
Minimum 7 years' experience in payment systems policy, regulation, or operations
Proven experience in cross-border payment systems (strongly preferred)
Demonstrated involvement in payment system reforms under regional or multi-country programmes
Experience working with central banks, regulators, or regional financial infrastructure initiatives is an added advantage
Assignment focus: EAC Cross-Border Payments Masterplan
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 84
Level of Education: postgraduate degree
