Role Summary:
Owns paid acquisition and traffic growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Run paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Optimize funnels for acquisition
- Manage ad creatives with content team
- Allocate and optimize budgets
KPIs:
- Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
- ROAS
