JOB DETAILS:
Duties and Responsibilities
Managing office correspondence, appointments and schedules.
Typing, formatting and processing official documents.
Receiving visitors and telephone calls.
Maintaining office records and confidential files.
Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements and logistics.
Ensuring proper dispatch and receipt of documents.
Ensuring security of office records, documents and equipment.
Performing any other duties assigned.
Requirements for Appointment
Must be a Kenyan citizen.
Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Stage I, II and III from the Kenya National Examination Council in the following subjects: Shorthand III (100 wpm), Typewriting III (50 wpm), Business English III and Office Practice III.
Certificate in Computer Applications.
Excellent communication skills.
Two (2) years of relevant experience.
