Background

Huruma Nursing Hospital is expanding its healthcare team and is seeking passionate and qualified Pharmtechs to join our team. The successful candidates will support pharmaceutical services, dispense medications, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and provide patient counseling.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory and ensure proper storage of medicines.
• Assist in managing pharmacy records and documentation.
• Educate patients on medication use and health practices.
• Ensure compliance with Pharmacy and Poisons Board regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements

• Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• Registered and enrolled by the Pharmacy & Poisons Board.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a busy hospital or pharmacy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.
