Job Summary:

To provide strategic leadership and ensure effective management of academic, administrative, and financial operations in line with TVET policies and Catholic ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Catholic Values & Institutional Governance: Uphold the college mission and Catholic Archdiocese values.
  • Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strategic partnerships for industrial attachment, student exchange, and dual training programs.
  • Resource Mobilization & Financial Sustainability: Drive fundraising efforts and establish income-generating activities.
  • Marketing & Enrollment Growth: Lead marketing initiatives and develop industry-relevant short courses.
  • Infrastructure Development & Modernization: Manage upgrade and expansion of infrastructure, ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fundraising, partnership management, or institutional development within education or NGO sectors.
  • Proven track record in donor engagement, resource mobilization, and securing grants.
  • Strong financial management and budget oversight capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience in strategic planning, performance management, team management, and capacity building.
  • Familiarity with Catholic educational values and faith-based institutional governance.
