JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end procurement and inventory management across all branches, including supplier sourcing, stock monitoring, audits, and reporting. Ensure optimal stock levels, regulatory compliance (KRA & PPB), and efficient coordination between branches to support smooth operations and minimize losses.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
Registered with Kenya Institute of Supplies Management or relevant professional body
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Knowledge of procurement processes, budgeting, and vendor management systems (ERP; Microsoft D365 a plus)
Experience in pharmaceuticals, orthopaedic implants, splints, or rehabilitation products preferred
