Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for F&B (food and beverage), bar supplies, equipment, and other operational needs.
• Source, evaluate, select, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best quality products at optimal prices.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including raising purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring accurate invoicing.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while continuously researching new market options to ensure a resilient and innovative supply chain.
• Work closely with the Bar, Kitchen, and Operations managers to forecast needs, manage inventory levels, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure all procured items meet the company's stringent quality, safety, and brand standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and product availability relevant to the hospitality industry.
• Uphold ethical sourcing and procurement practices in line with company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or bachelors in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, or bar industry.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier relations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the specific supply market for food, beverage, and hospitality goods is a significant advantage.
