ICOlo is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement processes within a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities or duties
The Procurement Intern will be responsible for assisting the procurement department with various tasks, including but not limited to:
- Supporting the sourcing and evaluation of suppliers.
- Assisting in the preparation of purchase orders and contracts.
- Maintaining procurement records and databases.
- Conducting market research on goods and services.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs.
- Assisting with the tracking of deliveries and inventory.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience needed
No prior experience is strictly required, but any relevant internship or project experience in procurement or a related field is a plus.

This is an unpaid internship position. The intern will gain valuable practical experience and mentorship.
