Talent Grid Africa is recruiting a Production Supervisor on behalf of a leading manufacturer of high-quality, sustainably sourced consumer food products.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading production teams, planning shifts and production lines, monitoring output, maintaining quality standards, reducing production bottlenecks and waste, and ensuring safe and efficient plant operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

We are looking for a professional with:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Production Management, Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a factory/manufacturing environment
• Food industry experience is an advantage
• Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills
• A solid understanding of workplace health and safety

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
