We run a subsidiary company Chania Cleaners offering cleaning , Sanitation, pest control, waste management and landscaping services. Role purpose:

To take full operational ownership of an assigned production unit, ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective production while maintaining quality standards, controlling materials and stocks, developing people, implementing improvement projects and maintaining high standards of 6S and workplace discipline.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Industrial Technology, Food Science/Technology or another relevant technical discipline.
• 2–5 years' experience in manufacturing/production operations.
• Experience supervising production teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people and achieve production targets.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems.
• Good computer literacy, particularly Excel and production reporting systems.

Advantageous qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma training.
• ISO/QMS experience.
• Experience with OEE and production KPIs.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience in plastics processing, FMCG, packaging or other high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience implementing improvement projects.
