Design and documentation: Lead the development of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and schedules. They also refine the architectural design and ensure it meets the project's goals. Coordination: Act as a central point of contact, managing and coordinating with a team of engineering consultants (structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) and other stakeholders like contractors. Compliance: Ensure the project complies with all building codes, regulations, and client requirements. Construction administration: Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs), and conduct site observations to ensure the design quality is maintained during construction. Project leadership: Oversee the technical development of the project and ensure the design intent is carried through from start to finish.
