Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property and Facilities Manager located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Property and Facilities Manager will oversee the daily operations of properties and facilities, ensuring effective property management and facility maintenance. The role includes budgeting, procurement, and managing building maintenance schedules while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications

Skills in Facility Management (FM) to oversee the maintenance and efficient operations of facilities

Experience in Property Management, including tenant management and lease administration

Proficiency in Budgeting to plan and manage financial resources effectively

Knowledge of Building Maintenance to ensure facilities are safe, secure, and in working order

Expertise in Procurement processes to source and manage service providers or maintenance supplies

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, facilities management, business administration, or a related field is preferred

Experience in the real estate industry is a MUST have.
