Key Deliverables
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates
- Manage project budgets and cost control
- Evaluate contractor bids and manage tender processes
- Review and certify contractor invoices and payment claims
- Monitor project costs and identify variances
- Prepare financial reports and cost forecasts
- Manage contracts, variations, and claims
- Ensure value engineering and cost efficiency
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with contractual and financial standards
Professional Qualifications
Industry Qualification
- Quantity Surveying Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction projects
- Strong experience in BOQs, cost control, and contract management
- Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying tools
- Membership or eligibility with a relevant professional body (preferred)
