Key Deliverables

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates
• Manage project budgets and cost control
• Evaluate contractor bids and manage tender processes
• Review and certify contractor invoices and payment claims
• Monitor project costs and identify variances
• Prepare financial reports and cost forecasts
• Manage contracts, variations, and claims
• Ensure value engineering and cost efficiency
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and consultants
• Ensure compliance with contractual and financial standards

Professional Qualifications

Industry Qualification

• Quantity Surveying Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction projects
• Strong experience in BOQs, cost control, and contract management
• Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying tools
• Membership or eligibility with a relevant professional body (preferred)
