Our client, a leading facility management and construction services company, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Responsibilities

You will prepare bills of quantities, manage project costs, oversee progress, and contribute to business development, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Relevant professional certifications with at least 5 years’ project management experience
• Strong numerical, financial, and cost-control skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to lead multidisciplinary teams
