As a Prime Agent, you will be the go-to expert for handling escalated, complex, or sensitive tasks that require exceptional attention to detail, strategic thinking, and zero-error execution. You will operate in a high-trust environment, contributing directly to the department's operational quality and resilience.

What you will do:

• Handle hyper-sensitive workflows and data with the utmost confidentiality and accuracy.
• Own the execution of critical operational processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Serve as a bridge between front-line teams and leadership, escalating systemic issues and contributing to process improvement.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and risk, and initiate escalation protocols.
• Serve as a quality and process ambassador, driving best practices and mentoring other agents when appropriate.

You have:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Data Analytics or any other relevant field
• Experience: in high-trust operational roles, preferably within support or quality control domains.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a bias for action under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience working in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
