Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Front Office Management, Customer Service or related field
- Minimum of two years of previous experience as a receptionist, front office or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- String interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Presentable and well organized
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced "environment
- Welcoming students, visitors, and partners
