Human Resources / HR

Key responsibilities include:

  • Attract, hire, and retain top-tier call center agents in alignment with the operational strategy.
  • Plan and manage the call center workforce, including the creation and maintenance of a robust talent pipeline to meet anticipated demand.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and strategic partnerships to attract and recruit agents.
  • Support Project Lead in coordinating interviews with candidates and key stakeholders, ensuring a smooth interview process.
  • Facilitate risk assessment checks including candidate references.
  • Manage the recruitment process using the ATS, ensuring visibility of candidates and maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout various recruitment stages.
  • Proactively manage candidates and the feedback process to ensure excellent candidate experience.
  • Lead the onboarding process, ensuring new hires seamlessly integrate with the teams.
  • Leverage the interview process to identify future learning and development opportunities aligned with call center operations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a business-related field.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in high volume recruiting, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Highly adaptable and flexible to accomodate working within Pacific Time Zone when required.
  • Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
