Red Seal Plumbing Specialist

We are hiring an experienced Red Seal Plumbing Specialist for a major high-rise accommodation project in Nairobi, Kenya. The role involves installation, testing, commissioning, and quality control of domestic water, drainage, firefighting, irrigation, swimming pool, and specialized plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Install hot/cold water supply, drainage, soil, waste, and vent systems
• Install sanitary fixtures, pumps, tanks, filtration, and booster systems
• Execute underground drainage and specialized plumbing works
• Install irrigation, wet risers, sprinkler systems, jacuzzi, and pool piping
• Conduct pressure testing, drainage testing, and system commissioning
• Ensure compliance with British Standards, local codes, and OSHA safety standards

Requirements

• Red Seal Plumbing Certification
• 5+ years of high-rise or commercial construction experience
• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination and plumbing systems
• Experience with firefighting and specialized water systems preferred
• International project experience is an advantage
• 1 year contract
