Job Summary

Regional Manager– Coast Region

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Project Management, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• 5-7 years' progressive management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior/regional supervisory role.
• Experience in NGOs, health or social enterprise settings.
• Knowledge of Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR), disability advocacy and working with marginalized groups.
• Proven experience in budget management, resource mobilization and business portfolio management.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
