Lead, coach, and manage Branch & Unit Managers
Identify new market opportunities and grow customer reach
Ensure SOP compliance, audits, and operational efficiency
Oversee risk control and fraud prevention
Deliver excellent customer service and stakeholder relationships
Set KPIs, track performance, and implement improvement plans
Analyze data and report on portfolio performance & PAR
Manage regional budgets, resources, and staff logistics
