Responsibilities

The role of a Regional Sales Manager (CO/SR/EA/CE) in KPL is crucial for driving revenue and ensuring the efficient distribution of products within the local market.

This position exists to develop and implement sales strategies, manage sales teams, and build strong relationships with clients.

By understanding market trends and customer needs, the Regional Sales Manager contributes to the company’s growth and profitability, enhances customer satisfaction, and maintains a competitive edge in the market.

The manager’s efforts directly impact the company’s ability to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales management.

Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

MSK membership is an added advantage.

Preference sale of books and stationery
