Background
Are you a strategic and commercially astute sales leader with a strong track record in driving market and sales growth, leading high-performing teams, and building lasting customer relationships? Reporting to the Group Head of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager will spearhead sales operations, accelerate revenue growth, expand market presence, and deliver sustainable business performance across an assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of regional sales strategies and deliver revenue growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop Area Sales Managers and sales teams for high performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, market expansion initiatives, and growth channels.
- Strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Drive disciplined use of Sales Force Automation (SFA) for reporting and execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Steer compliance with company policies, governance standards, ISO requirements, and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in sales management, preferably in a regional leadership role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage sales performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sales Force Automation systems.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage extensive field operations.
