Haven Health Care was established in 2015 and operates 3 facilities, Ruai, South B and Tassia Hospitals We offer level 3B hospital Services which include General & Specialist consultation, lab Services, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Theater, Inpatient, Ultrasound, ECG, Optical Services and Dental Services.

Responsibilities or duties

• Provide safe, compassionate and patient-centered nursing care.
• Conduct patient assessment, monitoring and documentation.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions promptly.
• Assist in emergency care and resuscitation when required.
• Maintain accurate nursing and patient records.
• Implement infection prevention and control measures.
• Participate in health education and patient counselling.
• Work collaboratively with doctors and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in quality improvement activities, audits and continuous professional development.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned by the Nursing Department

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Must be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) and hold a valid practicing license.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, professionalism and ethical nursing practice.

Experience needed

• At least 2 years in clinical experience
• Previous clinical experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
