Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new loan clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct client visits and follow ups for loan recovery
• Promote company loan products within the market
• Assess client needs and support loan application processes
• Ensure timely repayment and reduce default risks
• Maintain accurate client records and reports

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in sales, microfinance sector
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Good understanding of customer service and credit processes
