JOB DETAILS:

Progressive Credit Limited is seeking dynamic and results-driven Relationship Officers (ROs) to join our growing team. The successful candidates will be based in our Kitengela, Rongai, Machakos, Thika and Ruaka branches.

Responsibilities or duties

• Identify, recruit, and manage clients for logbook loan products
• Conduct client assessments and ensure proper documentation
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve set sales targets and portfolio growth
• Ensure timely loan repayments and portfolio quality

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Experience needed

• Proven experience working as a Relationship Officer in a non-deposit taking microfinance institution
• Hands-on experience dealing with logbook loans is a MUST

• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
