About The Role

We're looking for a Reporting Data Analyst to join our remote team and help us turn raw data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll be in charge of gathering data from different sources, cleaning it up, fixing reporting issues, and keeping our client reports up-to-date every week. You’ll also collaborate with our engineering team to make sure our data models are solid and support the reporting needs across the board.

If you’re someone who enjoys digging into data, spotting inconsistencies, and building reports that actually help people make better decisions—you’ll fit right in.

Quick Facts

  • Location: Remote, EST hours: 9:30am-6:30pm Eastern time
  • Hours: Full-time
  • Compensation: $2,500/month
  • Start Date: June or July 2026
  • Contract type: Contractor of Record

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Pulling data from a mix of sources (spreadsheets, Marketing platforms, APIs, etc.)
  • Cleaning and filtering data, fixing errors, and useful insights for the Marketing team
  • Updating weekly reports for different clients and making sure they’re always on point
  • Working closely with the engineering team on data modeling and improving how we structure and access our data

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience using Google Sheets for data organization and reporting
  • Basic SQL skills—you don’t need to be a pro, but you should be comfortable writing/reading simple queries
  • Familiarity with BI tools—Metabase is a plus, but similar tools like Tableau or Power BI work too
  • A good eye for detail and the ability to spot and fix data issues
  • Solid communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own time

Nice To Have

  • An interest in automation or improving data/reporting processes
  • Curiosity about how data can help drive business decisions

Perks Of Working With Us

  • 100% remote – work from anywhere
  • Friendly, collaborative team
  • Competitive pay and benefits
