Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry into laboratory information management system
- Sample reception and archiving
- Recruitment and enrolment of study participants
- Maintaining detailed documentation of study and laboratory activities
- Generating reports and summaries
- Laboratory testing for pathogen identification
- Genome sequencing technologies
- Basic data analysis
- Administering informed consent, questionnaires and case report forms
- Maintaining Quality Management Systems
Vacancy Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in any Biomedical Sciences from a recognized Institution Mandatory
- Should possess excellent communication skills Mandatory
- Must be goal oriented, dynamic, passionate and a self-starter Mandatory
- Should be a person of integrity Mandatory
- Should possess strong analytical skills Mandatory
- Must be computer literate. Mandatory
- Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills Mandatory
- Should be fluent in English and Swahili, both spoken and written Mandatory
