RESTAURANT LEAD

Lead front-of-house operations and deliver outstanding service that keeps our guests coming back.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily restaurant and lounge operations
• Lead, train and motivate the service team
• Ensure excellent guest experience and service standards
• Manage reservations, seating and workflow
• Monitor sales, costs and profitability
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all dining areas

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• 2+ years' experience in a restaurant/hospitality leadership role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of restaurant systems and sales control

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
