JOB DETAILS:
Role Summary
To manage the front-of-house restaurant operations, focusing on guest satisfaction and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience: Ensure a warm welcome and personalized service for all guests; manage table reservations and seating arrangements.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and motivate service teams; conduct daily briefings to communicate specials and updates.
Quality Control: Inspect table settings, food presentation, and cleanliness of the dining area.
Sales: Promote daily specials and upselling techniques to the team to maximize revenue.
Reporting: Prepare end-of-shift sales reports and handle cash-up procedures.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Hospitality. 2-3 years of restaurant management experience.
