Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, lively, and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. In this role, you will lead our Front-of-House (FOH) staff, partner with the kitchen team, drive foot traffic, and ensure every guest receives a warm, memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Kitchen Liaison

Organize daily operational workflows, manage shift scheduling, and ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and health regulations.
Utilize kitchen experience to ensure seamless communication and coordination between the Front of House and Back of House.

2. Team Leadership & Development

Directly manage, motivate, and coordinate the Front-of-House team.
Train, mentor, and monitor staff performance with high precision and attention to detail.
Proactively manage team dynamics, resolving conflicts and handling operational challenges efficiently.

3. Guest Experience & Business Growth

Welcome guests warmly in person, make personalized menu recommendations, and engage with diners to guarantee total satisfaction.
Maintain a vibrant atmosphere on the floor that encourages repeat business and helps drive foot traffic.
Maintain customer relations
Participate in creative thinking to drive more foot traffic.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as a Front-of-House Manager in a high-volume restaurant setting and fine dining. Kitchen experience is required.

Education & Certifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required (Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or Business preferred).
Valid Food Safety Manager Certification (e.g., ServSafe) and local Alcohol Service Certification.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with modern POS systems, digital scheduling, and inventory management software.

Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Highly professional with a natural talent for welcoming guests, serving others, and building rapport.

Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to inspire staff, foster teamwork, and lead by example.

Enthusiasm & Passion: Genuine excitement for food, wine, and creating memorable dining experiences.

Problem-Solving: Calm under pressure, with strong conflict-resolution skills.
