Our client is looking for a Results-Driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive revenue growth in the Kenyan property market.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in land sales (Mandatory)
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of Kenyan land laws & processes
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation & client relationship skills
  • Experience managing and training sales teams

If you understand land transactions, title processes, and how to convert leads into sales — this opportunity is for you.
