Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers through proactive field sales and business development activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive sales growth.
  • Promote new products and create awareness of the company's products and services.
  • Recruit and onboard new customers within the branch catchment areas.
  • Execute marketing initiatives, including staff engagement programs, garage programs, in-store promotions, trade shows, exhibitions, and product activations.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand client needs and provide effective sales solutions.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support branch retail teams in achieving sales and customer acquisition objectives.
  • Develop strategic local business partnerships to enhance market penetration.
  • Drive branch profitability by achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.
  • Recommend innovative initiatives to improve branch sales performance and customer experience.
  • Implement branch-specific marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and execute weekly and monthly sales plans.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using the company's CRM system (Zendesk Sell).
  • Conduct market intelligence by monitoring competitor activities, customer trends, and emerging market opportunities, and provide actionable reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

1-2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
