Our Client, a fast growing Automotive Tyres & Spares Company seeks to recruit an ambitious Sales Account Manager as per the following details:

Customer engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, recommend appropriate products, and explain product features and benefits. Sales and target achievement: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Point-of-sale operations: Process sales transactions accurately, including handling payments, issuing receipts, and managing returns. Inventory and stock management: Keep sales floors and stock rooms organized and clean, assist with receiving stock, and help maintain accurate inventory records. Merchandising: Arrange merchandise displays to attract customers and promote sales. Promotional activities: Inform customers about current sales, promotions, and store policies. Relationship building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat sales. Market intelligence: Keep up-to-date with competitor activities and market trends to report to management. Team collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.

Communication and interpersonal skills: To build relationships with customers and clearly explain product benefits. Product knowledge: Deep understanding of tyres and spare parts to make accurate recommendations. Sales and negotiation skills: To persuade customers and achieve sales quotas. Customer service: To provide a positive customer experience, handle complaints, and ensure repeat business. Basic math skills: For processing transactions and managing inventory. Inventory management: To help with stock control, organization, and restocking. Computer proficiency: Experience with point-of-sale systems, sales software, and customer databases is often required. Adaptability and self-motivation: To work under pressure, meet targets, and handle multiple tasks. Valid driver's license: May be required for roles that involve outdoor sales or customer visits.
