About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Retail Sales Executive to join the sales team of our client, a rapidly growing platform connecting customers with local retail stores.

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be a key representative of the team, responsible for expanding our market reach by creating a robust sales pipeline and successfully onboarding local retail stores and brands. You will work closely with account managers and local retail leads to secure new partnerships, ensuring that our platform continues to provide exceptional variety and service to our users.

• Partner Acquisition: Proactively prospect, pitch, and negotiate to seal partnerships with top-tier retail accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Revenue Management: Take ownership of deal profitability and ensure all contracts are executed within company guidelines.
• Onboarding: Build and maintain long-term partnerships, ensuring a fast and smooth onboarding experience for all new retail partners.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline on a daily basis using CRM tools.
• Team Collaboration: Actively collaborate with colleagues, share insights, and foster a supportive environment that prioritizes growth and collective success.
• Field Operations: Conduct regular field trips for prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.

• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Computer literacy, with strong confidence in using MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and a methodological approach to learning new software.
• An energetic, outgoing team player with high levels of integrity, confidence, and resilience.
• Comfortable making independent decisions, handling commercial negotiations, and managing contracts effectively.

• Degree or diploma in a Business or Social Sciences related field.
• At least 1–2 years of proven experience in sales or marketing within a B2B environment.
