Job Purpose

To provide safe, timely and reliable transportation of documents and other authorized items between offices, client locations and designated destinations using a company motorbike, while ensuring the security and confidentiality of documents, proper maintenance of the motorcycle, and compliance with road safety and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver documents to and from required destinations Clients, Customs Offices.
• Obtaining signatures and proof of delivery.
• Maintaining document confidentiality.
• Daily route planning.
• Reporting delays immediately.
• Maintaining rider movement logs.
• Maintain records of service and fuel consumption of the motorbike
• Ensure the motorbike is serviceable and in working condition at all times

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0 Level
• Valid relevant driving license

• Safe Motorbike Riding – Demonstrates safe, defensive and responsible riding practices.
• Knowledge of Routes – Good knowledge of local Nairobi roads, routes and alternative routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Time Management – Ability to prioritize deliveries and meet strict deadlines.
• Reliability & Punctuality – Consistently reports on time and completes assigned deliveries as scheduled.
• Document Handling – Ability to handle, secure and deliver confidential documents without loss or damage.
• Attention to Detail – Ensures correct documents are delivered to the correct recipient/location.
• Communication Skills – Clear and professional communication with staff, clients and recipients.
• Customer Service – Maintains a courteous and professional attitude when interacting with clients and other stakeholders.

Experience

• 2-3 Years’ Experience
