Job Summary

We are seeking to recruit Room Steward Attendants to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms.
• Ensure all public areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Report any maintenance issues or guest complaints to the supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
