Career Associated is hiring for the position of Sales Administration (Export) in Nairobi. The role requires managing export sales operations and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

• Maintaining accurate records of export transactions, correspondence, and client communications.
• Preparing and verifying export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
• Processing and managing export sales orders, quotations, and invoices in compliance with international trade requirements.
• Liaising with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and customers to track shipments and resolve logistical issues.
