Our client is a fast-growing business in the self-storage industry, providing secure and flexible storage solutions for individuals and businesses. As the demand for their services continues to grow, they are looking to hire a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to support customer acquisition, drive revenue, and promote long term growth. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong sales background in both B2B and B2C environments, especially those who have previously worked in the real estate or service industry and are eager to contribute to the growth of a relatively new offering in the Kenyan market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities via walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, and outbound initiatives.
  • Educate potential clients on storage solutions and match them to the most suitable services based on their needs.
  • Convert leads to paying customers and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Manage and maintain a well-organized customer database and sales pipeline.
  • Provide prompt follow ups and nurture relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive retention and word of mouth referrals.
  • Deliver market insights and customer feedback to inform product and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales within the service industry (self-storage, real estate, or related sectors preferred)
  • Proven experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast paced and target-oriented setting
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications is an added advantage
