At Britam Kitengela office, we are recruiting people for free mentorship and coaching programme in sales and marketing so as to fill vacant positions for Financial Advisors in our Kitengela branch.

Strategy and planning: Developing, implementing, and overseeing sales and marketing strategies and campaigns to meet business objectives. Market research: Analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategy. Content and materials creation: Creating and publishing marketing materials, such as brochures, website copy, social media posts, and advertisements. Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. Sales support: Working with the sales team to develop targeted strategies, answering client queries, and helping to meet sales quotas. Performance analysis and reporting: Tracking sales data, analyzing performance metrics, and preparing reports for stakeholders. Budget management: Developing annual budget plans and managing expenditures. Team management: Recruiting, training, coaching, and managing sales and marketing teams.

Communication and interpersonal skills: Essential for building relationships with clients, coordinating with teams, and presenting findings. Analytical and problem-solving skills: Needed to analyze data, understand market trends, assess competitor activity, and solve problems that arise. Creativity: Important for developing innovative marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and finding new opportunities. Organizational skills: Crucial for managing multiple campaigns, coordinating tasks, and maintaining records. Leadership and management: Necessary for training staff, overseeing teams, and setting strategic direction. Negotiation: A key skill for closing deals and securing favorable partnerships. Adaptability and resilience: The ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing market conditions is often preferred. Product and business knowledge: Understanding the product, market, and business environment is fundamental.

1. KCSE certificate C- 2. Age 25 years and above. 3. Experience in sales and financial services will be an added advantage. 4. Those with ECOP certificates have an added advantage.
