Responsibilities
Ability to meet recruitment targets and manage multiple campaigns
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
High integrity, professionalism, and a student-centered mindset
High level of reliability, flexibility and effectiveness
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
Current or previous student recruitment in a college or education sector experience is an added advantage
Skills
Strong digital marketing skills (social media management, content creation, ads)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
