Industry: Animal Feeds / FMCG / Agribusiness

Responsibilities or duties

  • Manage and supervise retail shops, depots, and franchise outlets to ensure compliance with company standards and franchise agreements
  • Ensure uninterrupted supply of animal feeds across depot, retail shops, and franchises
  • Coordinate with depot and logistics teams
  • On-board new retail shops and franchise partners in line with expansion strategy
  • Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to increase market penetration
  • Ensure consistent branding, signage, and use of approved marketing materials across all outlets
  • Support and implement marketing campaigns and promotions at shop level
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account farmers, distributors, and strategic customers
  • Conduct regular visits to large-scale and commercial farms to ensure product availability

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • Strong knowledge of poultry and dairy health management
  • Good understanding of animal nutrition and feed advisory
  • Ability to develop training content and deliver effective training sessions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Willingness to travel extensively to farms

Experience needed

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in retail sales or distribution, preferably FMCG
