Responsibilities or duties
- Manage and supervise retail shops, depots, and franchise outlets to ensure compliance with company standards and franchise agreements
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of animal feeds across depot, retail shops, and franchises
- Coordinate with depot and logistics teams
- On-board new retail shops and franchise partners in line with expansion strategy
- Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to increase market penetration
- Ensure consistent branding, signage, and use of approved marketing materials across all outlets
- Support and implement marketing campaigns and promotions at shop level
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account farmers, distributors, and strategic customers
- Conduct regular visits to large-scale and commercial farms to ensure product availability
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Strong knowledge of poultry and dairy health management
- Good understanding of animal nutrition and feed advisory
- Ability to develop training content and deliver effective training sessions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to travel extensively to farms
Experience needed
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in retail sales or distribution, preferably FMCG
