Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers professionally
- Recommend suitable smartphones, accessories, and gadgets based on customer needs
- Explain product features, specifications, warranties, and promotions
- Upsell accessories, protection plans, and complementary products
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow up on customer inquiries and leads
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate where necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Ensure products are properly displayed and priced
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock items
- Assist in stock counts and inventory management
- Ensure demo devices are functioning properly
- Support opening and closing procedures
Respond to customer inquiries through:
- WhatsApp
- Instagram
- Facebook
- Calls and SMS
- Assist with online order processing and customer follow-ups
- Create simple product videos or content when required
- Encourage customer reviews and referrals
- Ensure accurate invoicing and receipt issuance
- Follow company policies and operational procedures
