Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Salesperson position located in Mombasa, Kenya. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, contributing to marketing strategies, and representing AquaVista Farms at industry events and meetings. The role will also involve liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Sales and business development skills, including identifying opportunities, securing deals, and meeting targets

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities

Understanding of aquaculture/seafood/meat industry is a plus

Proficiency in preparing sales reports and utilizing sales management tools

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred

Experience in customer service or client relationship management is advantageous

Motivation to work toward sustainability and community growth
